The Andover Volunteer Fire Department holds their annual Gun Raffle & Sportsman’s Festival each Fall at the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds in Jefferson, Ohio. The 2020 AVFD event features a $15,000 grand prize, and over $100,000 in cash and prizes with an all you can eat buffet and endless beer and beverages.
